  yummy different and filling
Ingredients:
  8 medium   potatoes`
  1 c.   ranch dressing
  1 c.   milk
  2 lb   hamburger
    minced onion to taste
  2 T   taco seasoning
  1/4 c.   butter
  1/2 c.   cheese
    salt, to taste
  2 c.   crushed nacho chips
Directions:
  cook and shred potatoes. put in bottom of 9x13 pan. mix dressing and milk and pour over potatoes.Brown hamburger with onions, add taco seasoning. Put on top of potato mixture. Melt butter stir in flour slowly then add milk salt and cheese. STir till cheese is melted. Pour cheese sauce over all. Bake at 325F until heated through.
