  Yams with marshmallows
Ingredients:
  1 Can   Yams or Sweet potatoes
  2 Tablespoons   Salted Butter
  1/2 Cup   Mini marshmallows
  2 Tablespoons   Brown sugar
Directions:
  Preheat oven 400. Place yams and butter in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and marshmallows. bake until marshmallows are melted and begin to brown about 10 min. Serve.
