Salisbury Steak and Pea Salad

Ingredients:
  1   egg
  1 can   French Onion Soup
  1/2 cup   Dry Bread Crumbs
  1 1/2 lb   ground beef
  1 Tbsp   flour
  1/4 cup   water
  1/4 cup   ketchup
  1 tsp   worcestershire sauce
  1/2 tsp   mustard
    cooked noodles or rice
  1 pkg   frozen peas
  1 cup   sharp cheddar cheese
  1   red onion sliced
  1 cup   ranch dressing
Directions:
  Salisbury Steak - in large bowl, beat egg then add 1/3 cup soup, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add meat, mix well and shape into 6 oval patties. Brown in skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove patties from skillet and discard drippings. In skillet, combine flour and water until smooth. Add ketchup, worcestershire sauce, mustard and remaining soup. Bring to boil and stir for 2 minutes. Return patties to skillet, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is thoroughly done. Serve over rice or noodles

Pea Salad - combine thawed out frozen peas, add sliced red onion, cheese and ranch dressing.
