  Yummy
Ingredients:
  4   boneless pork loin chops
  1/2 tsp.   salt
  1/4 tsp.   pepper
3/4 cup   thinly sliced red onion
  1/4 cup   water
  1/4 cup   cider vinegar
  3 Tbsp.   brown sugar
  2 Tbsp.   honey dijon mustard
Directions:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large nonstik skillet coated with cooking spray, cook pork over medium heat 4-6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove and keep warm.

Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet; stir to loosen browned bits. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Return chops to the pan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 4-5 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160.
