Ingredients:
  8 Oz   Ground Turkey
  2 Tsp   Taco Seasoning
  1 Cup   Refried Beans
  1/2 Cup   Onion, Chopped
  1/2 Cup   Cheddar Cheese
  1/4 Cup   Black Olives, Sliced
  2 Tbs   Jalapeno Slices, Jarred
  20   Romaine Lettuce Leaves, Small
  1/2 Cup   Tomato, Chopped
  1/2 Cup   Sour Cream, Fat Free
  1/4 Cup   Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375F

2. In a large bowl, combine turkey with taco seasoning nad mix well

3. Lay a large piece of heavy duty foil on a baking sheet and spray with nonstick spray. Spread beans onto the center of the foil. Use your hands to break up turkey and evenly spread over beans. Evenly top with onion, both types of cheese, olives, and jalapeno slices.

4. Place another large piece of foil over the mixture. Fold together and seal all 4 edges of the 2 foil pieces, forming a well sealed packet.

5. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until turkey is cooked through.

6. Allow packet to cook for a few minutes, then cut to release steam before opening entirely

7. Evenly distribute nacho mixture among lettuce cups, about 2 TBSs per lettuce cup, and top with chopped tomatoes and cour cream
