Mushroom Meatloaf

  Three meat meatloaf with mushroom gravy
Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground lamb or veal
  1 lb   ground pork
  1 lb   ground beef
  1 c   Italian seasoned bread crumbs, or old bread
  1 large   egg, beaten
    salt and pepper
  1 can   cream of mushroom soup
  1/2 c   milk
  1/4 c   water
  1 Tbsp   cornstarch
  1 can   sliced mushrooms
  1/2 tsp   Worchestershire Sauce
  1/2 tsp   soy sauce
  1/2 tsp   browning seasoning
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Soak breadcrumbs (or bread) in beaten egg for 5 minutes or until bread is completely wet. Add 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning if using bread. Add all ingredients and mix together with fingers. Lightly form into a loaf and put into loaf pan.

Bake 1 hour or until loaf is cooked through (test with a knife in the middle).

Meanwhile, combine Mushroom soup with milk, Worchestershire sauce, soy sauce, browning seasoning and mushrooms in a med saucepan and bring to a simmer on medium heat. In a cup, mix together water and cornstarch. Turn heat up to high and Slowly add cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly. Stop when mixture is desired thickness. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Remove loaf from pan and let sit 5 minutes to cool before slicing.
