Salt and Pepper Pork

  Super simple and delicious! These will become a favorite go-to meal, even great for company.
Ingredients:
  3 tbsp   liquid aminos or soy sauce
  2 tbsp   cornstartch
  1 tbsp   sugar
  1/4 tsp   salt
  1 tsp   fresh ground pepper, about 40 grinds
  1 lb   boneless thin cut pork chops or pork tenderloin thinly sliced
  2 tbsp   light olive oil or peanut oil
Directions:
  In a glass dish, mix aminos, cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth. Add pork and turn until it is all well coated. Refrigerate 1-24 hours. Heat oil in a large skillet until very hot. Add the pork in batches and cook 1-2 min per side. Do not crowd the pan. Serve hot or warm.
