  Bakes ziti with a twist
Ingredients:
  1 lb   lean ground turkey
  1 lb   lean ground beef
  1   diced onion
  1   clove crushed garlic
  1 jar   marinara sauce
  1 16 oz   skim milk shredded mozzerlla cheese
  1 C   red wine
  1 lb   cooked ziti
  1 tbs   olive oil
  1 teasp   oregano
Directions:
  Cook ziti
Brown meat together with onion, garlic and 1 tbs olive oil
When 90% brown add marinara sauce, and wine, and oregano
Cook till wine is mostly evaporated.

Mix meat mixture with the drained cooked ziti pour into a cassarole dish.
Sprinkly with cheese.
Bake on 350 until cheese is melted.
