Baked baby back ribs marinated in Italian dressing and rubbed with brown sugar and spices. Add a last minute grill and BBQ sauce at the very end for enhanced flavors.
Ingredients:
4 Racks   Pork baby back ribs (1 1/4 lbs.)
1 Bottle   Italian dressing (16 oz.)
  6 Teaspoons   Garlic Powder
  6 Teaspoons   Chili powder
    Salt (to taste)
    Pepper (to taste)
  4 Tablespoons   Dark brown sugar
1 Bottle   BBQ sauce of choice.
Directions:
An hour before you're ready to cook: Place the ribs in a single layer in a large roasting pan. Add the Italian dressing and turn the ribs until well coated. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Remove ribs from the refrigerator. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and the salt and pepper evenly over the top of each slab.

Bake the ribs for 30 minutes. Remove the ribs from the oven and sprinkle 1 tablespoon brown sugar evenly over each rack. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of the garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of the chili powder over each rack, the season generously with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes.

Increase the heat to 500 degrees F. Cook 10 minutes.

Remove and serve. Slather optional BBQ sauce over ribs right before serving.
