  Beef and Peppers over White Rice
Ingredients:
  1 lb   sirloin steak or ground beef
  1 tbsp   vegetable oil
  1 can   Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
  2 tbsp   soy sauce
  1 tbsp   brown sugar
  2   red and green bell peppers (sliced)
  1   onion (sliced)
  2 cups   white rice cooked
Directions:
  1. Brown beef.
2. Add soup, soy sauce and sugar. Heat to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and add in vegetables. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Serve over rice.
