  Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook Page 85 (Points Value 2)
Ingredients:
  2 Tbs   Orange Juice
  2 Tsp   Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
  1/4 Tsp   Salt
  1/4 Tsp   Black Pepper
  6 Cups   Baby Romaine Lettuce, Lightly Packed
  2   Clementines, Peeled and Sectioned
  1/4 Cup   Chived, Fresh Snipped
  2 Tbs   Pecans, Chopped and Toasted
Directions:
  1. To make dressing, whisk together orange juice, oil, salt, and pepper in small bowl until well blended.

2. Toss together romaine, clementines, chives, and pecans in salad bowl. Drizzle dressing over and toss to coat evenly.
