  Mac & Cheese Made Healthy
Ingredients:
  1 Cup   Quinoa
  1/4 Tsp   Turmeric
  1/4 Tsp   Black Pepper
  6 Oz   Plain Greek Yogurt
  1 Cup   Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
  2 Tsp   Dijon Mustard
Directions:
  Cook Quinoa as directed. Just before Quinoa has finish cooking stir in Turmeric and Pepper, cover.

Remove from heat and immediately stir in the remaining ingredients.
