  Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Combine 2T bread crumbs with 2t paprika and 1t garlic powder. Pour 1/4c egg substitute into another bowl. Dip 5oz total of chicken tenders first into egg, and then into bread crumb mixture. Place the chicken on the baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with 1c steamed broccoli and 1 medium orange on the side.
Ingredients:
  2 T   Bread Crumbs
  2 t   Paprika
  1 t   Garlic Powder
  1/4 c   Egg Substitute
  5 oz   Chicken Tenders
  1 c   Steamed Broccoli
  1   Orange
