  The perfect libation for St. Patrick's Day!
Ingredients:
  1 cup   milk
  4 scoops   mint chocolate chip ice cream (1 pint)
  2 tsp   rum extract
Directions:
  Blend everything in a blender and serve in low-ball glasses.

Optional: Replace the rum extract with 2-4 shots of dark rum.
