A healthy inexpensive, and quick pizza option for an appetizer, dinner, or snack. A great way to use your left overs or garden produce.
Ingredients:
  1 box   Jiffy Pizza Mix
1 bottle   Kraft BBQ sauce (flavor of your choice)
4 cups   Mozzarella Cheese (depending on how cheesey you like your pizza)
  1   medium tomato
  1   small red onion
2 pieces   Cooked Chicken OR 1 can of canned Chicken (like the kind from Costco)
2 tbsp   Basil (fresh is preferred)
2 tbsp   Rosemary (fresh is preferred)
3 tbsp   minced garlic (jar or fresh)
Directions:
Place pizza stone in the oven. Preheat oven to temperature noted on the Jiffy Pizza box.

Pour contents of Jiffy pizza mix into bowl. Add basil, rosemary, and minced garlic to the powder mix. Prepare dough as directed on box.

Roll dough onto floured countertop until you have a circle the size of your pizza stone. Once the oven has reached the proper temperature, pull out the pizza stone and put the dough circle on the pizza stone. Be sure to make fork marks in the dough so it doesn't bubble during cooking.

Precook the pizza dough for 3-5 minutes.

Pull out the dough and spread on BBQ sauce, then layer cheese, tomato, onion, and chicken to your liking. (If you have additional toppings put them on now- but note that the more you add it may increase the cooking time)

Bake pizza for 12 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup more cheese on top of the chicken, then put back in the oven for 1-3 more min.
