Pan seared Pork with Pineapple Kiwi Salsa

  Fresh and Lively recipe to use leftover pork or start with raw steak or pork and cook longer.
Ingredients:
  1 cup   diced pineapple, fresh or canned with juice
  1 cup   peeled and diced Kiwi
  2 Tbsp   chopped fresh Cilantro
  1 whole   jalapeno, seeded and minced
  1 Tbsp   lime juice
  1 Tbsp   Olive oil
  1 lb   leftover pork tenderloin, 1 inch slices
  1 Tbsp   chili powder
Directions:
  In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, kiwi, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of the pork slices with salt and pepper. Rub the chili powder into both sides of the pork. Add the pork to the skillet and sear 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve the pork with the salsa spooned over top.
