  1. combine soup, sour cream, onion,1/4 cup butter and salt in a small bowl.
2. combine potatoes and cheese in 4 1/2 quart Crock pot pour soup mixture over potato mixture mix well
3 sprinkle stuffing over potato mixture drizzle with remaining 3 table spoons butter cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours on high 5 to 6 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Ingredients:
  1 10 3/4   condensed cream of chicken
  1 8 oz   sour cream
  1/4 c   chopped onion
  1/4 cup   melted butter
  3 tp   melted butter
  1 tsp   salt
  2 lbs   red potatoes peeled and diced
  2 cups   shredded cheddar cheese
  2 cups   stuffing mix
