Ingredients:
  2 Lbs   Ground Turkey
  1/2 Tsp   Olive Oil
  1   Onion, Chopped
  3 Cloves   Garlic, Minced
  1 Tsp   Chili Powder
  2   Bay Leaves
  2 Tsp   Cumin
  1 Tsp   Oregano, Dried
  30 Oz   White Beans, Drained & Rinsed
  15 Oz   Pumpkin Puree (not umpkin Pie Filling)
  4 1/2 Oz   Green Chilies, Canned
  2 Cups   Chicken Broth
    Sour Cream
    Cilantro, Fresh Chopped
    Chives, Chopped
    Salt
    Pepper
Directions:
  1. Heat a large heavy saute pan over high heat and lightly spray with oil. Add meat and cook, breaking it up until white, about 5 minutes. Add to crock pot

2. Add oil to the saute pan, then onions, garlic, saute about 3-4 minutes; add cumin and saute another minute.

3. Add to crockpot. Add bean, pumpkin, chilies, broth, chili powder, oregano, and bay leaves. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

4. Remove bay leaves and serve with sour cream, cilantro, and chives as a topping
