  Courtney's Pot Roast
Ingredients:
  3 lb   Beef Rump Roast
  1 Can   Beef Broth
  3   Large Baking Potatoes, Peeled & Quartered
  1/2 Bag   Baby Carrots
  1 Packet   Onion Soup Mix
Directions:
  Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker. Place roast on top and pour entire can of beef broth over the roast. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top and put the lid on. Cook on high 5 to 6 hours or low for 10 hours.
