Guacamole Dip

  Anyone can break out a can of salsa to go with those tortilla chips but when you also serve up homemade Guacamole you will win the hearts of your avocado loving friends every time. Fast, classic, delicious!
Ingredients:
  3   Avocados
  1   Lime
  1 Clove   Garlic
  1 Tbsp   Cilantro (finely chopped)
  1/2 tsp   Salt
  1 tsp   Cumin
  1/2 tsp   Cayenne (more to desired heat level)
  1/2   Medium Red Onion (finely diced)
  1/2 cup   Diced Cherry Tomatoes (or seeded regular tomatoes)
Directions:
  Cut your avocados in half, press your knife into the pit and twist throwing away the pit (handy trick!). Scoop the avocado goodness into a large bowl. Take your lime and roll it while pressing down hard on your cutting board (releases more of the juices) then cut in half and juice the lime on top of your avocados. Mash the two together using a fork until you reach the texture you like. Add salt, cumin, diced onion, cayenne, tomato, cilantro and garlic. Mix everything together. Serve with tortilla chips. Also perfect paired with fajitas or Mexican inspired salads.
