  Creamy, not-too-sweet spread for scones. An absolute necessity for a Cream Tea Party.
Ingredients:
  8 oz   cream cheese (reg. or light)
  1/2 cup   sour cream (reg. or light)
  1/4 cup   powdered sugar, to taste
Directions:
  Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Beat in the sour cream and powdered sugar until creamy. Refrigerate until serving time.
