wedding chicken and rice

  easy meal for a good occasion
Ingredients:
  6   chicken breasts
  2 pkg   dry italian dressing mix
  1/2 c   water
  16 oz   cream cheese
  2 cans   cream of chicken soup
  2 c   rice
  4 c   water
  4 T   butter
  2 tsp   salt
Directions:
  cook chicken, dressing mix and water in crockpot on low 3 hours. Add cream cheese and chicken soup. Cook on low 1 hour longer. Serve over rice. COOK RICE: put rice water butter and salt in 9x13 cover tight with foil. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
