teriyaki and orange chicken

serves: 4
  chicken with sauce cooked in the crock pot and served over rice
Ingredients:
  1 16 ounce   frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli, water chestnuts)
  2 Tblsp.   quick cooking tapioca
  1 pound   boneless skinless chicken breasts
  3/4 cup   chicken broth
  3 Tblsp.   orange marmalade
  2 Tblsp.   teriyaki sauce
  1 tsp.   dried mustard
  1/2 tsp.   ground ginger
Directions:
  1. Combine vegetables and tapioca in crock pot. Place chicken on top.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken
3. Cook for 4 to 5 hours on low or 2 to 2 1/2 hours on high.
