teriyaki and orange chicken

chicken with sauce cooked in the crock pot and served over rice |
Ingredients: |

1 16 ounce |
|
frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli, water chestnuts) |
|
2 Tblsp. |
|
quick cooking tapioca |
|
1 pound |
|
boneless skinless chicken breasts |
|
3/4 cup |
|
chicken broth |
|
3 Tblsp. |
|
orange marmalade |
|
2 Tblsp. |
|
teriyaki sauce |
|
1 tsp. |
|
dried mustard |
|
1/2 tsp. |
|
ground ginger |
Directions: |
|
1. Combine vegetables and tapioca in crock pot. Place chicken on top.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken
3. Cook for 4 to 5 hours on low or 2 to 2 1/2 hours on high.
