  Breaded pork chops
Ingredients:
  4 ea   center cut chop
  1 ea   lg egg
  2 cups   milk
  2 cups   italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions:
  Mix eggs and milk together to make a wash for breading. Soak chops in wash and then bread each in breading mix. Place each chop in heated skillet that as a teaspoon of veg. oil. brown chop on each side. Place chops in oven safe glass dish and cover with foil. Place in preheated oven( 350') bake for approx. 45 minutes. Un cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
