chicken, skinless |
|
0.50 cups |
|
water |
|
0.50 cups |
|
lemon juice |
|
1 ea |
|
boullion cube |
|
1 tsp |
|
ground black pepper |
|
3 tsp |
|
minced garlic |
Directions: |
|
put chicken in crock pot, pour everything else on top. Cook on low all day while you work. Pull chicken off bones, discard bones. Save broth for later use after de-fatting.
