lemon pepper chicken

  cook in the crock pot; nice and easy
Ingredients:
  1.50 lbs   chicken, skinless
  0.50 cups   water
  0.50 cups   lemon juice
  1 ea   boullion cube
  1 tsp   ground black pepper
  3 tsp   minced garlic
Directions:
  put chicken in crock pot, pour everything else on top. Cook on low all day while you work. Pull chicken off bones, discard bones. Save broth for later use after de-fatting.
