hot sausage and potatoes

  Spicy sausage discs and russet potato chunks baked tossed in olive oil and thyme
Ingredients:
  3 large   russet potatos peeled diced
  1.50 rope   spicy sausage cut in discs
  1 tab   olive oil
  1 tab   thyme
  1 tea   fresh ground sea salt
  1 tea   fresh ground pepper
Directions:
  Pre heat oven to 375.
Toss potatoes and sausage in large bowl. drizzle with olive oil. sprinkle on thyme, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
Line baking sheet with aluminum. Spread potato, sausage on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
