Spicy sausage discs and russet potato chunks baked tossed in olive oil and thyme |
Ingredients: |

|
russet potatos peeled diced |
|
1.50 rope |
|
spicy sausage cut in discs |
|
1 tab |
|
olive oil |
|
1 tab |
|
thyme |
|
1 tea |
|
fresh ground sea salt |
|
1 tea |
|
fresh ground pepper |
Directions: |
|
Pre heat oven to 375.
Toss potatoes and sausage in large bowl. drizzle with olive oil. sprinkle on thyme, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
Line baking sheet with aluminum. Spread potato, sausage on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
