easy to make beef goulash. |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
ground beef |
|
1 1/2 cups |
|
uncooked elbow macaroni |
|
1 can |
|
tomato sauce |
|
1 can |
|
corn |
|
1 tsp |
|
kosher salt |
|
1 tsp |
|
black pepper |
|
1 clove |
|
fresh garlic, minced |
|
1 ea |
|
bay leaf |
Directions: |
|
Cook pasta as directed and set aside. Brown ground beef (use ½ beef and ½ sausage for a spicier flavor) and drain excess fat. Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes to let flavors come together. Serve hot with toast.
