Zesty Shrimp & Pasta

Quick and easy, shrimp and vegetables over pasta. |
Ingredients: |

4 cups |
|
uncooked pasta or noodles |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Kraft zesty italian dressing |
|
1 lb |
|
uncooked shrimp, cleaned & peeled |
|
1 |
|
red pepper, finely sliced |
|
1 cup |
|
carrots, matchstick cut |
|
1 cup |
|
fresh sugar snap peas |
|
2 cloved |
|
minced garlic |
Directions: |
|
Cook pasta as directed
Heat dressing in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp garlic and vegies and cook until shrimp are cooked and veggies are tender-crisp. Once done stir into pasta and serve with parmasean cheese.
