WW Tortellini Soup

fresh tortellini |

chicken broth |

garlic cloves |

fresh, cleaned, chopped spinach |

1 can |

small white or navy beans |

minced sun-dried tomatoes |

parmesan cheese |
Directions: |

Cook tortellini according to package directions, until tender.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, bring the broth, garlic, and 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in the spinach, beans, and tomatoes. Reduce heat and simmer until spinach and tomatoes are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in tortellin, simmer 1 minute longer. Garnish with parmesan cheese when serving.
