Vegetgable Soup

  Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
  2 lb   Chuck roast
  12 oz   beef broth
  6   carrots
  6   potatoes
  2 can   veg-all
  1 can   corn
  1 can   tomato juice
  1 can   diced tomatoes
Directions:
  Brown roast on both sides.
Put meat, 1 can beef broth, and 1 can water in pot. Simmer with lid on it for 2-3 hours.
Cut up meat and vegetables.
Add meat, vegetables, veg-all, tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt and pepper to pot.
Cook for few hours.
