Vegan Cornbread

Moist and Tasty cornbread that is dairy free. |
Ingredients: |

1 cup |
|
cornmeal |
|
1/2 cup |
|
whole wheat flour |
|
1 can |
|
creamed corn (14-15 oz) |
|
1 tsp |
|
baking soda |
|
1 tbs |
|
agave nectar |
|
1/4 cup |
|
soy milk |
Directions: |
|
Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a largee mixing bowl, mix all ingredients just until moistened. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges. Serve warm.
