Vegan Cornbread

  Moist and Tasty cornbread that is dairy free.
Ingredients:
  1 cup   cornmeal
  1/2 cup   whole wheat flour
  1 can   creamed corn (14-15 oz)
  1 tsp   baking soda
  1 tbs   agave nectar
  1/4 cup   soy milk
Directions:
  Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a largee mixing bowl, mix all ingredients just until moistened. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges. Serve warm.
