brown turkey in a hot skillet prepared with a little olive oil.add dehydrated onion while browning. when turkey is no longer ping, drain the pan (small colander on top of a bowl works best) return drained contents to the pan. Add taco seasoning packet (follow directions on pkg as to amt of water) bring contents to a slight boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often. while meat simmers, heat taco shells in the oven and prepare the toppings. I am experimenting with a corn salsa using canned corn and canned diced tomatoes in cilantro seasoning...
save any leftovers for taco salad :)
make it well balanced by serving some fruit or applesauce and spanish rice...
