Jar of Spaghetti Sauce |
|
1 lb |
|
Ground Turkey |
|
3/4 cup |
|
Breadcrumbs, plus more for breading |
|

Egg |
|
1/4 Tsp |
|
Garlic Powder |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
|
1 cup |
|
Shredded Mozarella Cheese |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Grated Parmesan Cheese |
|
|
|
Dash of Salt & Pepper |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ground turkey into a large mixing bowl. Add egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper and 3/4 cups breadcrumbs. Put additional breadcrumbs onto plate. Form meat mixture into patties and pat in extra breadcrumbs. Place patties on a greased cookie sheet. Top with a spoonful of sauce and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
