Turkey Casserole

Quick and tasty ground turkey and rice casserole. |
Ingredients: |

1 pound |
|
ground turkey, lean |
|
3 cloves |
|
garlic, minced |
|
1 medium |
|
onion, chopped |
|
0.50 cup |
|
cheddar cheese |
|
1.50 cups |
|
spinach, fresh |
|
99.99 ml |
|
cream of celery soup, reduced fat (1 can) |
|
2 cups |
|
brown rice (cooked) |
Directions: |

Preheat oven to 350
Cook rice in seperate pan
Cook turkey, garlic and onion in skillet until turkey is cooked all the way and onion is soft.
In a baking dish add 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (other 1/4 cup is for topping), cream of celery soup and spinach.
Add Turkey, garlic, onoin and rice to the baking dish. Mix it all together and then top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes and then enjoy.
