Turkey Burrito

Ingredients:
  99.99 g   lean ground turkey
  1/2 c   grated carrot,zucchini, apple
  1/2 c   low sodium, sugar free salsa
  6 small   whole wheat/brown rice wraps
  1/4 c   yogurt cheese/homemade hummus
    salad greens/sprouts
Directions:
  1. Combine salsa with cooked ground turkey in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Spread each wrap with 2 tbsp. yogurt cheese or hummus. Place a handful of sprouts and salad greens on top.
3. Divide the grated mixture among the wraps and top with ground turkey/salsa mixture. Fold the bottom of the wrap up and then roll tightly toward the centre. Wrap each wrap in waxed or parchemnt paper. Pack into lunches or refrigerate for later use.
