Turkey & Black Bean Sloppy Joes

  Healthy Sloppy Joe...may need to tweak spices to family taste
Ingredients:
  1 Pound   Ground Turkey
  1 Can   Black Beans (drained & rinsed)
  1 Medium   Onion
  1 tsp   Garlic, minced
  1 Can   Tomato Paste (6 oz)
  1 1/2 Cups   Tomato Juice
  1 Tbsp   Olive Oil
  1 Can   Tomatoes and Green Chiles
  1 Dash   Salt
  1 Dash   Onion Powder
Directions:
  Brown ground turkey and drain fat. Combine remaining ingredients and heat till hot and desired thickness. Server on whole wheat hamburger buns or whole wheat bread. (bun/bread in not in calorie count).

Number of Servings: 8 (200 Calories each)
