|
Black Beans (drained & rinsed) |
|
1 Medium |
|
Onion |

|
Garlic, minced |

Tomato Paste (6 oz) |

1 1/2 Cups |
|
Tomato Juice |
|
1 Tbsp |
|
Olive Oil |

Tomatoes and Green Chiles |

Directions: |

Brown ground turkey and drain fat. Combine remaining ingredients and heat till hot and desired thickness. Server on whole wheat hamburger buns or whole wheat bread. (bun/bread in not in calorie count).
