Tuna Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Ingredients: |

jumbo pasta shells |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Mayonnaise, no substitutions |
|
2 Tablespoons |
|
white sugar |
|
12 oz. |
|
tuna, drained |
|
1 cup |
|
finely , diced, celery |
|
1/2 cup |
|
finely, diced, green onions |
|
1/2 cup |
|
finely, diced, green peppers |
|
2 cup |
|
shredded carrots |
|
1/4 cup |
|
sour cream |
|
1/4 cup |
|
white sugar below |
|
1/4 cup |
|
cider vinegar |
|
2 Tablespoons |
|
Mayonnaise |
Directions: |
|
COOK and drain pasta, Set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, tuna, celery, onions, green peppers and carrots. Stuff cooked shells with mixture. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, cider vinegar and 2 T mayonnaise. Arrange pasta shells on a bed of lettuce leads, drizzle on sour cream mixture. Chill to set. So, so, good. Well worth the effort.
