Tracy's Japanese Fried Rice

  my version of the rice you get at japanese resturants
Ingredients:
  4 cups   cooked rice (1 cup uncooked)
  1 cup   frozen green peas
  2 tblspns   grated carrots
  2 eggs   scrambled cooked eggs
  1 small   onion (chopped)
  1 clove   garlic (minced)
  2 tblspns   butter
  2 tblspns   Soy Sauce
  1   Lemon juice (to taste)
  1 tblspn   sesame seeds
Directions:
  Scramble eggs. Set Aside. Cook onion, carrots and garlic, until softened. Mix cooked cooled rice, peas, grated carrots, onions, garlic and eggs in bowl. Melt butter in large pan, fry rice mixture, mix soy sauce in well and then mix lemon juice to taste with salt and pepper.
