Tomato Fillet

  Low Fat dish sutable for Dinner or lunch.
Ingredients:
  4 Piece   Fillet Steak
  1   Tomato
  1 Clove   Garlic
  4   Baby Marrow
  1 Sachet   Sweetner
  1   onion
Directions:
  Peel onion & slice thinly
Peel garlic & crush
Slice baby marrow
Combine the tomatoes, onions,baby marrow and sweetner in pan
Simmer until sauce has thickened, about 15 minutes
Season to taste
Place fillets in ovenproof dish
Spoon a little of the sauce onto the fillet
Bake at 200 C,until fillet is cooked to desired level.
