Tiny Sipcy Chicken w/ rice

Chicken with a sweet and sour sauce. And rice. |
Ingredients: |

2 1/2 lbs |
|
chiken cut into strips |
|
1 cup |
|
corn starch |
|
1/4 cup |
|
oil, to fry in |
|
2 Tbs |
|
garlic salt |
|
2 |
|
eggs beaten + 1/4 c water |
|
1/2 cup |
|
sugar |
|
1/2 cup |
|
vinegar |
|
3 Tbs |
|
catsup |
|
1/4 cup |
|
pineapple juice |
Directions: |
|
Mix garlic salt and corn starch in a bowl. Mix eggs and water in another bowl. Heat oil. Dip chicken in eggs then corn starch and fry. Mix sugar,vinigar,catsup,& pineapple, pour over fryed chicken.
