Tiny Sipcy Chicken w/ rice

serves: 6
  Chicken with a sweet and sour sauce. And rice.
Ingredients:
  2 1/2 lbs   chiken cut into strips
  1 cup   corn starch
  1/4 cup   oil, to fry in
  2 Tbs   garlic salt
  2   eggs beaten + 1/4 c water
  1/2 cup   sugar
  1/2 cup   vinegar
  3 Tbs   catsup
  1/4 cup   pineapple juice
Directions:
  Mix garlic salt and corn starch in a bowl. Mix eggs and water in another bowl. Heat oil. Dip chicken in eggs then corn starch and fry. Mix sugar,vinigar,catsup,& pineapple, pour over fryed chicken.
