Thai Turkey Burgers

  Combine ground turkey, green onions, cilantro, ginger, soy sauce & black pepper (to taste) in a large bowl. Shape into 4 burgers and gril, broil or pan fry until throughly cooked. Place burgers on buns, garnish & serve

  2 Tbs.   fresh chopped cilantro
  1 tsp   grated ginger
  4 ea   hamburger buns
  4 ea   green onions
