Tator Tot Stuff

Hamburger topped with tots |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
hamburger |
|
1 can |
|
beef broth |
|
1/4 cup |
|
corn starch |
|
1 |
|
onion |
|
1 cup |
|
frozen peas |
|
1 lb |
|
bag of tator tots |
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste |
|
8 oz |
|
cheddar cheese |
Directions: |
|
Brown hamburger and diced onion, drain.
Make beef gravy in saucepan, medium heat. Add cornstarch to broth as needed to desired thickness.
Mix gravy, peas and hamburger.
Top with tator tots.
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
Top with cheese if desired.
