Tatertot Casserole

  Everyone loves it
Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground beef
  1 small   onion
  1 can   condensed cream of mushroom
  1/4 cup   milk
  1 cup   frozen vegetables
  1 cup   shredded chedder cheese
  1 lb   frozen tater tots
Directions:
  Heat oven to 375F. Brown meat with onions in skillet, shirring occasionally; drain. Spoon into 8-inch square dish.

Mix soup and milk; pour over meat mixture. Top with layers of mixed vegetables, cheese and potatoes.

Bake 45 min. or until potatoes are golden brown and casserole is heated through.
