Taco Soup***

Black Beans, Drained 15 oz |

Kidney Beans, Drained |

1 Bag |

Frozen Corn |
|
1 Can |
|
Stewed Tomatoes |
|
2 Cup |

Water |
|
2 Cans |
|
Rotel |
|
1 Cup |

Salsa |
|
1 Pkt |
|
Taco Seasoning |
|
1 1/2 Cup |
|
Mexican Shredded Cheese |
|
1/2 Cup |

Sour Cream |
Directions: |
|
You brown the meat up and add a bit of chili powder and cumin to it, then in the crock pot you put all the beans, (rinse them off first to lower the sodium content), the corn and all the tomatoes, then add your water and when the meat is done add that in and the salsa then add 1 packet of taco seasoning....put it on low in the crock pot and let it cook for about 4-5hrs.
You can also top it with a bit of shredded cheese and light sour cream...or if u don't care about the health part...put it on top of some Fritos!!!!!
