Taco Birds

  Taco Flavored Chicken
Ingredients:
  7 pieces   Chicken/no skin
  2 packages   Taco Seasoning
  1 can   Black Olives
  1 head   Lettuce
  1 16oz   Shredded cheese/low fat prefer.
  1 cup   Chopped green onion
  2 whole   Tomatoes/chopped
  1 package   Whole wheat tortillas/optional
  1 8oz   Low fat sour cream/optional
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350degrees. Open packages of taco seasoning and place in large plastic bag.(a store bag will do just make sure it doesn't have holes), place chicken pieces in with season and shake til all pieces are covered. Place chicken in greased pan and baked 30-45 minutes til done. Meanwhile drain juice from olives, and chop olives into pieces. Wash lettuce, pat dry, and chop into long pieces or short, your preference. of course chop the green onions and tomatoes. Set aside. When chicken is done place on plates for each person, and then place lettuce next to chicken top with black olives, onion and tomatoes, sprinkle cheese onto chicken and lettuce mix, place a dab of sour cream on top of chicken. Serve with warmed tortillas if desired.
