Sweet and Sour Meatballs

serves: 4
  meatbals with rice
Ingredients:
  3/4 lb   frozen meatballs
  1/4 cup   Catalina dressing
  2 tbsp   soy sauce
  2 cups   rice
  1/4 cup   water
  1/4 cup   apricot jam
  3/4 tsp   ginger
  3/4 tsp   garlic powder
Directions:
  Combine all ingredients except rice in skillet. Cook covered for ten minutes on medium heat. Uncover and cook on medium to high for another ten minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
