Sweet and Sour Chicken (JP)

Ingredients: |

|
boneless skinless chicken breasts |
|
1 each |
|
egg |
|
1 c |
|
corn starch |
|
2 c |
|
oil |
|
3/4 c |
|
sugar |
|
1/2 c |
|
vinegar |
|
4 Tbsp |
|
ketchup |
|
1 Tbsp |
|
soy sauce |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
garlic powder |
Directions: |
|
Cut up chicken to bite sized. Dip chicken pieces in egg, then roll in cornstarch. Fry just until brown. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
Mix all rest ingredients together, pour over chicken.
Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees, turning chicken every 15 minutes.
