Sweet Potato Soup with Avocado

Ingredients: |

1 cup |
|
Sweet Potato, baked & mashed |
|
1/2 cup |
|
No-Chicken Broth |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Soy Milk |
|
|
|
Salt to taste |
|
|
|
Chipotle Powder to taste |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 400F
Bake sweet potatoes until tender
Remove skin
Add sweet potato, broth, and milk to blender
Blend until smooth
Add the salt and spices to taste
Serve with avocado on top
