Sweet Potato Soup with Avocado

  Serve with biscuits
Ingredients:
  1 cup   Sweet Potato, baked & mashed
  1/2 cup   No-Chicken Broth
  1/2 cup   Soy Milk
    Salt to taste
    Chipotle Powder to taste
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 400F
Bake sweet potatoes until tender
Remove skin
Add sweet potato, broth, and milk to blender
Blend until smooth
Add the salt and spices to taste
Serve with avocado on top
