Sweet Carrots

Ingredients: |

1 1/2 C |
|
baby carrots |
|
2 tsp |
|
brown sugar |
|
1 tsp |
|
butter |
|
1 tsp |
|
vinegar |
|
1/8 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1 tsp |
|
minced chives, optional |
Directions: |
|
Place carrots in a steamer basket. Place in a saucepan over 1 inch of water; bring water to a boil. Cover and steam for 5-8 min or until crisp tender. Transfer carrots to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss until butter is melted and carrots are coated evenly.
