Sweet Carrots

  Great way to get kids to eat their veggies!
Ingredients:
  1 1/2 C   baby carrots
  2 tsp   brown sugar
  1 tsp   butter
  1 tsp   vinegar
  1/8 tsp   salt
  1 tsp   minced chives, optional
Directions:
  Place carrots in a steamer basket. Place in a saucepan over 1 inch of water; bring water to a boil. Cover and steam for 5-8 min or until crisp tender. Transfer carrots to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss until butter is melted and carrots are coated evenly.
