Stuffed Mushrooms

Mushroom cups stuffed with spinach, stems, cheese, and sour cream. |
Ingredients: |

|
frozen spinach, thawed |
|
2/3 c |
|
sour cream |
|
1/2 c |
|
cheddar cheese |
|
1/2 c |
|
Montery Jack cheese |
|
1/4 c |
|
Parmesan Cheese |
|
1/4 c |
|
green onion tops, chopped |
|
1 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1 tsp |
|
Italian Seasoning |

Directions: |
|
1. Squeeze excess water from spinach.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients, except mushrooms.
3. Remove stems from mushrooms.
4. Place cup side up, in center of large baking dish. Fill with spinach mixture.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
